Home Pet Rescue (DHPR) provides specialized aerial thermal detection to assist in locating lost animals. DHPR\u2019s role is to locate the animal via drone. While we maintain an aerial eye and provide exact coordinates, DHPR is not responsible for the physical recovery of the animal. It is the customer's responsibility to physically secure the pet once located.The DHPR Drone Pilot cannot simultaneously operate the drone and assist in physical recovery. Some pets cooperate during recovery, while others may be difficult to secure. DHPR\u2019s primary service is the successful search and location of the pet.Pricing &amp;amp; Service Area-&nbsp; Base Rate: $350.00 for up to 2 hours of searching time.- $50 Finders Fee- Extended Time: Requests exceeding 2 hours will be charged at $100.00 per hour.- Travel Fee: Services within 25 miles of Dunedin, FL are included. Locations further than 25 miles will be charged $2.50 per mile.Expectations &amp;amp; Limitations- Thermal Capabilities: Sensors can detect heat signatures through some vegetation but cannot see through solid objects like sheds, houses, or vehicles.- Transparency: All flights are recorded and tracked. Customers can verify every area DHPR has searched.- Signal Range: While the drone has a high flight range, residential interference (trees, buildings) typically limits the effective search radius to 1 mile from the launch point.Payment TermsPayment is due immediately upon completion of the flight, regardless of whether the full 2 hours were used or if the pet was found sooner. Refusal to pay will be treated as Theft of Services, and legal action will be pursued.- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or Venmo only.- Refund Policy: There are no refunds for Drone Recovery Services once the flight has commenced.- Cancellations: Deposits are only refundable if DHPR has not yet begun traveling to the search location.Liability &amp;amp; Media Release- Liability: DHPR is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the service.- Media Usage: The customer grants DHPR permission to record and use video\/audio of the search for educational and marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).
